Use & licensing利用について

Creating cards for personal, non-commercial use and saving them as PNG images is free. Business use and sales require separate permission.

個人・非商用のカード作りと、作ったカードのPNG保存は無料です。仕事での利用や販売には、別途許諾が必要です。

What you can do now現在できること

• Make cards for yourself, your family or friends.自分用や、家族・友人へ贈るカードを作る
• Download the cards you make as images.作ったカードを画像として保存する
• Share your card on a personal social-media account. Crediting “mavon / Watercolor Posy” is appreciated.個人のSNSアカウントに作品を掲載する。「mavon / Watercolor Posy」と表記していただけるとうれしいです。

Not included in the free preview無料プレビューに含まれない利用

• Use by a shop, company or other business, including websites, social media, advertising, menus, POP displays and flyers.店舗・会社などの事業での利用（Webサイト、SNS、広告、メニュー、POP、チラシなど）
• Client work or work made on behalf of another person or organisation.クライアントワークや、他者・団体から依頼を受けて制作するもの
• Selling printed or digital products made with the cards.作ったカードを使った印刷物・デジタル商品の販売
• Redistributing or selling the source botanicals, or using them in logos, trademarks, templates, material packs, or AI training data (except where separately agreed in writing with the artist).原画素材そのものの再配布・再販売、ロゴ・商標・販売用テンプレート・素材集・AI学習データへの利用（作者と別途書面で合意した場合を除きます）

Commercial use商用利用について

Commercial licensing and additional botanical collections are being considered. Their contents, prices and launch date are not final and may change.

商用ライセンスと追加の植物コレクションを検討しています。内容・価格・開始日は未確定で、変更する場合があります。

If you have a particular use in mind, tell us what you want to make, where it will appear and whether it will be sold. An inquiry does not itself grant permission; we will confirm any permitted use separately in writing.

具体的な用途がある場合は、作りたいもの・掲載場所・販売の有無を添えてご相談ください。お問い合わせだけで利用許諾になるものではなく、許可する場合は利用範囲を別途書面で確認します。

Your work and browser data作品とブラウザ内のデータ

Cards and drafts are stored in this browser. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or using another device can remove or hide them. Save an important work as a project file as well as an image.

作品と下書きは、このブラウザ内に保存されます。ブラウザデータの削除、別のブラウザや端末への移動により、消えたり見えなくなったりすることがあります。大切な作品は、画像だけでなく作品ファイルでも保存してください。
